MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) sessions focus on developing outstanding cardio, endurance and technique using functional CrossFit movements involving Bodyweight, Kettlebells, Med Balls & Plyo.
All workouts are scaled and modified to meet the needs and fitness levels of the athlete from beginner to advanced.
- Mondays: 7:00am,5:30pm, 6:30pm
- Tuesdays: 6:00am, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Wednesdays: 6:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Thursdays: 6:00am, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Saturdays: 10:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm NEW CLASS
- Sundays: 10:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm NEW CLASS
