    MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) sessions focus on developing outstanding cardio, endurance and technique using functional CrossFit movements involving Bodyweight, Kettlebells, Med Balls & Plyo.
    All workouts are scaled and modified to meet the needs and fitness levels of the athlete from beginner to advanced.
     

    Class Schedule:

    • Mondays: 7:00am,5:30pm, 6:30pm
    • Tuesdays: 6:00am, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
    • Wednesdays: 6:00am5:30pm, 6:30pm7:30pm
    • Thursdays: 6:00am6:30pm, 7:30pm
    • Saturdays: 10:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm NEW CLASS
    • Sundays: 10:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm NEW CLASS
    Drop-In Class - $25
    5 Pack Classes - $99
    10 Pack Classes - $149
    20 Pack Classes - $249
    Monthly Unlimited - $120/Month
